Learning How to Learn
This learning experience served as a guide for updating all learning and training content provided by Davivienda, one of the most important banks in Colombia, to their employees and clients. This module features the different aspects and educational strategies recommended to consider to efficiently take advantage of the resources that the client offers to its collaborators.

Learning Strategy
The terminal objective of Davivienda is to renew the look and feel and the overall learning experience of the training resources that it offers to its stakeholders, for whom I was in charge of developing a learning module that would serve as a guide for the renewal of all the other existing modules. I was presented with a diverse variety of content, from which I chose the topic that seemed most relevant to the occasion, entitled “Learning How to Learn.”

To prepare this material, I worked in collaboration with one of Davivienda's graphic designers and with the person in charge of the training area. The methodology would be the following:

1. Evaluation of existing content
2. Improvements to be made (design and learning methodology)
3. Schedule
4. Preliminary design
5. Development
6. Module Review

Design and Development
Regarding the learning methodology, we came to the conclusion that we had to correct the following aspects, such as: poor copywriting characterized by the lack of introductions to the topics, paragraph connectors and an outdated style, and a non-interactive and monotonous format that makes the content an experience that is not immersive but rather tedious to interact with.

Because our team was small, I was in charge of correcting the content and copywriting of the module, as well as designing the learning format, where interactivity would have a greater participation. The structure of the module is the following:

1. Introduction
2. What is learning
3. Strategies to learn better (activity)
4. Distracting elements in the workplace (activity)
5. Ending slide

As for the visual design of the course, along with the in-house designer, we created a visual identity consistent with the company's branding, aiming to be more organic and functional at the same time. Animations that make the experience more dynamic were incorporated, as well as new interface elements, such as a progress bar or the option to disable the close captions (not available in the demo presented here).

Due to the fact that this module remains only a prototype of how the other courses offered by Davivienda should be developed, the client decided it was unnecessary to hire a person who would be in charge of carrying out the voice over, so I preliminary narrated the course with my own voice, accompanied by upbeat corporate background music.

Results
Considering the purpose of this project, there was no implementation phase. The client was satisfied with the finished product, which was accompanied by an instructional guide to develop the following modules, in which it is recommended to use a professional narration and use real photographs and images of Davivienda's collaborators.
